The position is carefully chosen because that's where the computer mouse usually stays - right next to your keyboard on the right side. However, the left handed users might not be so happy, as they are disadvantaged here.On the other side of the keyboard , at the far left you can see the media buttons and internet buttons and surprisingly - the two buttons used for right and left click. This is quite unusual, as the touch pad (the one that performs the role of a computer mouse) is situated on the other side. These internet buttons are as it follows: browser, back, email, my computer, calculator and function and the Multimedia Buttons: Hot Keys: Volume down, Volume up, Mute, Pre track, Next track, Play/Pause, Stop and Record.

Wireless Slim touch Ergo is a wireless device, so it works with two AA batteries that can last up to two weeks of continuous use. Just like other similar wireless devices, this keyboard with touch pad has an on/off button under it that you can use when you are not working on the keyboard if you want to save some energy from your batteries. Next to this button you can also find a place where you can stick the USB receiver if you are traveling for example. It makes a safe depositing place and you avoid the unpleasant possibility of losing it.
The keys are nice and in a comfortable descending angle with a total number of 84 keys that you can use. You can use the innovative function keys lock and in this case you will use the function keys for an easy access to your files and other computer peripherals. It is very helpful as you can see the picture of the thing you want to access right above the respective function key - MCE keys: My music, My videos, My Pictures, My TV, My Radio, DVD, Zoom in, Zoom out and Flip 3D button.

The Adesso Slim Touch has a special LEd that warns you when the keyboard battery is slow and tells you to change batteries in order to avoid being surprised in the middle of something right when the batteries are totally low. Some people might miss the number pad that you use so frequently on your keyboard for your desktop computer. Well, these users now have the possibility to use the number pad functionality that is embedded in the main keyset. This wireless keyboard with touch pad works pretty well, offering a curved surface for typing and a lot of special keys used for different purposes. However, the price seems a bit too high for such a device - somewhere between $75 and $90.
