There is absolutely no relation between the computer mice and death.

If you know that someone died because of a computer mouse, you are free to let us know by writing a comment at the end of this article. You may experience accidents with computer mice, but none of these accidents can cause death.

Maybe if you have a problem with your computer or laptop and the electric signal is transferred from the computer to the mouse and if you are wet on your hands, who knows maybe there can be made a connection between the fact that you are wet on your hands and the electric signal received from the computer by the mouse. But there should be so many coincidences that could cause the death of a person, that it would be more easy for you to win the lottery. I mean the odds are so low when it comes to this, that you will first win the lottery and then die because of a computer mouse, which was short-circuited by a computer, who did not work properly. If you see that the mouse is not functioning correctly, you should address to a technician. They are specialists and they know how to handle a problem like this. But you should not be afraid of using electronic products. If you are, then you will never be able to clean your house using some appliances, you will never be able to cook, nor to use various hardware equipments, that are created to ease our lives. The mouse is connected to the central unit of a desktop computer or directly to the laptop, if you prefer to use an external mouse than using the touchpad, that is already created along with the laptop. So there is no direct connection between the mouse and the wall power source, which ensures your device (the computer or the laptop), has electric current flowing in its circuits. Plus, the electric current which runs from the power source to your computer and inside your computer is so well protected by Wyers and other cables, that you cannot be short-circuited, not even if you would try it.

The term mouse was first used in 1965 in a publication named "Computer-Aided Display Control". This information is taken directly from Wikipedia, which is the best source in terms of anything. A mouse has besides the buttons that we already know (the left and the right buttons), also a trackball. With the help of this element, you can move the mouse on a flat surface, that is called mouse pad. We have talked about mouse pads on our site many times before, this is why I invite you to enter and read some of the articles related to this topic.
