This has really creeped me out bigtime. To be accused of a crime simply by buying something is darn scary. Sadly it's pretty common in the USA for people to bully others by telling the police to arrest them. It almost always works.

It's sad enough when ordinary people do that to each other, but to have companies doing it to customers is like some sort of twilight zone nightmare. Hopefully the damage that would cause to their business would make that not worth it.

If you are innocent, a serious investigation could prove their online ordering system has problems, but i suppose this is Police's job.

I also love this mouse, and I've worn out many of them through my enthusiastic usage. But, the previous commenter is right, there are MAJOR problems at Gyration right now, and it might be a good idea to stay away from them for a while.

I just bought several Gyration refurbished mice from the company's website. After I bought them, I noticed that I had only been charged for shipping. When I received them, the first one I opened was defective, and I assumed that they were clearing their inventory to make room for their new M2000 mouse. Later, I received angry emails and phone calls from the company's Sales Administrator, Cecily Russell, telling me to pay them more money or else. It turns out that the refurbished mice were priced incorrectly, and now she insinuates that I'm facing the wrath of their legal department. They say that I "hacked" their website by clicking the "back" button at some point while buying from them. This gives a new meaning to the warning "Buyer Beware", at least when you're buying from Gyration (now known as Movea).

Gyration 2.4 GO Compact Keyboard/ Mouse Suite -REFURBISHED

I've owned this for 2 weeks.

AIRMOUSE: (NiMH batt. pak with charger/base)

I've been VERY impressed with the airmouse. I use it almost exclusively in "Air mode". Once charged, the only adjustments I made were to slow the pointer speed and enlarge the windows icons (in XP) to make for larger targets while learning the new airmouse.

It has the FEELING as if you are using a laser pointer and your cursor moves to where your pointing. But it is NOT restricted by line of sight or any particular orientation.

If you use a supported arm, wrist-only action as suggested you should get a surprisingly smooth cursor movement. If you get cursor drift you may have the mouse to close to a surface while using air mode and as stated DON'T leave the mouse resting on a dark surface, it drains the batteries much faster.

ONE CONCERN! I suggest you (attempt to) go to Gyrations website and poke around! I believe they were recently sold and may be having merger pains. This does NOT bode well for any future customer service issues that may arise.
