Logitech – M305 Wireless Optical Mouse – Silver/Black

You can easily recognize the logitech brand when you see Logitech M305 wireless optical mouse - silver/black even if you don't notice the company's logo on it. It is about that familiar shape and structure that all recent wireless Logitech mice have. This small computer mouse is unexpectedly comfortable due to the rubber that covers the sides, offering a good grip surface even when your hand is wet.

It is very simple, yet you can use it to do whatever you want to, so never mistake simple with weak. It is really complex and well designed, especially made to be used by both hands, thus offering both left and right handed people the same chance. It is a wireless computer mouse, so maybe you would expect it to be a little slow when sending the position to the tiny receiver plugged into the USB port of your computer.

But you couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact it is really very reliable and able to transmit data really fast due to the 2.4 GHz radio frequency used. It has no delays or dropouts and also has a high resolution of 1000 dots per inch, which is perfect for the optical sensor to ensure a smooth and responsive cursor control, more than in the case of other wireless computer mice.

The tiny receiver used to get the information through wireless signals can be easily transported when you are not using the mouse, as it has a little space underneath the mouse where you can place it in order not to get lost during transportation. Actually when you plug this nano receiver in the USB you almost can't see it, not to mention the fact that it is unobtrusive and does not prevent the neighbouring USB ports from being used with other peripherals. You simply forget you have it.

Logitech M305 wireless mouse is very easy to use , as it has the two traditional click buttons and the scroll wheel that works all four sides. The rubberized edgy scroll allows you to use it with extreme precision without dropping it in the middle of an important long document that you are scrolling. The mouse works with only one AA battery and it can last up to a few months thanks to the smart feature of turning to automatic sleep mode when you don't use it for more than five minutes. This, together with the On/Off button that you can use to turn the mouse off when you are not using it for a longer period of time saves a lot of battery energy and prolongs its life.

But, no matter how long the life of the battery, it eventually ends, so you have to know when to change it lest you might be caught in the middle of something important. That is why There is a small green LED that blinks when it's time to change the battery. You can find this mouse for sale in any store distributing Logitech products for the average price of $40, which is more than fair in my opinion for the features it offers.
