Mouse Pads To Paint

The human imagination has no boundaries and it usually shows in art, especially in paintings. And different artists have different visions regarding the topic of a painting and the colours that must be used when painting one. Well, apparently art - painting has gone beyond the traditional support for a painting that is the canvas. Now artists paint on different supports, more or less conventional and one of them is the mouse pad.

You wouldn't think of that but, yes, some people do paint on some mouse pads, making them really personalized and unique. So they are mouse pads to paint. But you don't have to be necessary an artist to use these mouse pads to paint, as you can be a normal person with some talent who wants to try their hand at painting. Or maybe you may have some talented kids that just want to offer their parents or grandparents some special gifts. In any case, you can use these mouse pads to paint something on and then use them as mouse pads on your desk. Of course you first have to apply a protective layer on the surface of your painting in order not to compromise your work while mousing.

So the main idea is to get some bulk foam, preferably white that is usually used for all kinds of crafting activities. Just cut it in square parts, round the corners and paint it with whatever models you want or can. You can even make reproductions after great works of art if you want and have the ability to do it. After the work is done you must apply some transparent cloth glued to it and let it dry completely. Then it is perfect to be used as a very original mouse pad.

If you want to obtain some more credible effect , you can make your work look like real canvas used for painting by adding texture cloth to the surface. It's nice and it's hand-made. What greater satisfaction that to use a mouse pad totally made by you? There is also a good idea to use plain white mouse pads instead of craft material if you think you get better quality.

Any way, you can use your imagination and talent and at the same time make very nice (and cheap) presents for all your friends. But in case you really have no talent for painting whatsoever, but still want to have a beautiful mouse pad with some nice picture on it, you can always visit www.zazzle.com and customize your mouse pad.

Just upload the picture of any painting you may want and they will ship you the order for $12.50. You can choose from many different models, starting with nice paintings of blossom trees and ending with surrealistic and postmodernistic paintings that are appreciated only by few people. In the end I would like to give you a piece of advice: just make sure you know the exact tastes of the people you want to send these painted mouse pads to in order for them to enjoy their gift and really appreciate your effort.
