Wireless One Button Computer Mouse For Kids

They are usually delivered in nice bright colours and design, in the form of an animal or bug. The computer mice that are designed for children usually are two-thirds the size of a regular computer mouse and look really funny and attractive for kids. (Though, I admit, I love them, too, so tiny and colorful!). Another problem might be the fact that children, especially small ones who do not have enough dexterity to manipulate things, are always confused about what button to use and why is there a right click and a left click. And if they press the wrong button of the mouse when they are in the middle of a fascinating computer game, they get frustrated and nervous. Ok, problem solved. I found some very nice one button computer mice especially for small children. They are easy to use and you don't have to worry that your child will accidently press right click mouse and after that yiel after your help: "Mom, come quickly, I think I broke something or I did something wrong with this mouse!", when it is actually an unfortunate click on the worng mouse button.

The first mouse that fits this category of "wired one button computer mouse for kids" is Chester Mouse. You can see its picture above: it's that tiny little rodent with a green button and a stylish drawing of a mouse on it. It is solid, made of a very hard plastic that can't break easily in order to avoid any unfortunate events. So even if the child drops the computer mouse on a hard floor, it will resist. The mouse is very to use and it plugs in your computer's USB port, not needing any additional software. It is perfect for the small hands of children and especially for the children with disabilities whi can't use a regular computer mouse. It is highly recommended for educational games or language learning applications (for example the children are shown a picture and they have to click the right word corresponding to it, or they have to find the missing letter in a word or other similar games used for small children). Chester computer mouse is designed so as to be used by both right-handed and left-handed children, so they can operate it with both hands without a problem. Even if the rest of the mouse is black, the green button of Chester mouse adds a tone of joy and happiness that should be present on all kids stuff.

Now let's talk a bit about choice number two for a Christmas present for my little children: My Lil' Mouse. It is such a cute mouse and it comes in two colours: pink for little girls and light blue for little boys. They light when they are used and they are transparent, which makes then shine so nice, that your kids will be simply fascinated. They are very easy to use (as all kids computer mice should be), can be plugged in your USBport and does not require special software. However, this mouse is really special, as it has only one button, but it is not a regular button. The child does not have to click it, but rather "squeeze" it, which makes it even easier to use. It is both Mac and PC compatible and it is only three inches long, which makes it perfect for small children with ages between three and seven. The plastic transparent cover is very soft and comfortable, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your child while using it. In any case, it is advisable not to let your kid use the computer for too long and also make sure that the child is ALWAYS under adult supervision while using a computer.

The last two "bugs" are actually called KidzMouse CoolBug. They are really nice and attractive for children and they were tested on children between two and ten and found very suitable for this age. They are easily connecting with an USB or PS2 port from your computer and, of course, come attached to a cord that links the mouse to the computer and at the same time holds the mouse on the desk, so that your little child won't take it and misplace or lose it in the house. The cool design and the toy-like appearance make the computer use fun and attractive even for little children. These two models of computer mice also have only one button that operates the mouse by simply squeezing it. Researchers in this field found out that the action of squeezing is more natural and easier for children under seven than clicking, so computer peripheral manufacturers considered this when they designed the "squeeze " button.
Usually children like to be surrounded by small things, things that come in their size and do not intimidate them, and I am not talking only about computer mice here. They love to be surrounded by things and pictures of animals and bugs, of small creatures that belong to nature. That si why almost all their toys borrow the main treats, the design from nature and its living creatures.
These mice are the perfect gift for children, especially now that Christmas is near and the prices are also good ($12-20). But anyway, your child's happiness is worth much more than that.
